Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and business name.
Business data. Data you enter into the Service (products, orders, inventory, counterparties, financial records) is stored on our servers only when you use cloud features. Offline users' data stays entirely on their device.
Usage data. We collect anonymous analytics (page views, feature usage, crash reports) to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Device information. We generate a stable anonymous device ID to enable sync and push notifications. This ID is not linked to any personal identity.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your business data for advertising.
Cloud data is stored on servers located in secure data centers. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES at rest) to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Offline data is stored exclusively on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you enable cloud sync.
We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
